The Prehab Review had a chance to sit with Dr. Jant to get a better understanding of his how and why for choosing PT…

Why did you choose PT?

“It chose me, and sports medicine made it understandable and added fun to the equation.”

What specialty area’s do you focus on? (Including certain diagnoses and treatment techniques).

“My areas of focus include orthopedic and sports injuries along with MVA (motor vehicle accidents) with concussions. I like to utilize kinesiology tape in my treatments.”

What sets you apart from other PT’s in the surrounding area?

“My clinic is unique because it’s tele-health based. The focus is around tele-rehabilitation and tele-sports medicine which can be more convenient for patients.”

Any words of advice for patients/clients searching for the best PT suitable for them?

“Look for success stories. Look for therapists who take care of themselves as ‘they practice what they preach’ and try to find a place that doesn’t treat you like a number.”

Any additional details that you want our readers to know?

“Don’t be ashamed of your starting point or ashamed if you need to press reset to get back on track. PT is one of the best ways to make change in your life. Whether that’s to decrease injury risk before you begin new activities, or to return to form following injury or setback.”
